The iHSV57-XX-EC AC servo with EtherCAT control consists of a perfectly matched servo driver integrated into a servo motor, vector-controlled and with a DSP chip. Thanks to its compact design, the system saves installation space and cabling between the driver, motor, and encoder, and is extremely cost-effective thanks to its low purchase price.
The integrated EtherCAT interface enables high-performance, real-time communication and simplifies integration into modern automation systems. This makes the iHSV57-XX-EC particularly suitable for demanding applications with complex control and high synchronization accuracy.
The motors can be used in various applications, such as laser cutting machines, laser markers, high-precision XY tables, labeling machines, CNC milling machines, etc. Due to their unique characteristics, the iHSV57-XX-EC motors are the ideal choice for applications that require smooth motor operation at low speeds, high torque even at higher speeds, and small installation space.
